Cancellation & Refund Policy

Under this policy:

1. Clients who pay to us for the services, must provide a minimum of 5 working days advance notice for any cancellations. A refund of 50% of the fee would be provided for cancellation.
2. If a cancellation occurs in less than five working days, or there is no show for the service by the client, then there would be no refunds
3. Clients must notify us in writing via email at connect@britishalumni.org
4. Clients can reschedule a service without incurring a fee.
5. Cacellation & Refund Policy is not applicable to rescheduling requests.
6. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-8 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
7. The refund amount will be calculated based on the cancellation policy terms and any applicable fees.
8. We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time.
