Arvind Kamath - Notable Alumni
Arvind is the Additional Solicitor General of India for the High Court of Karnataka. A practicing advocate since 1993, he was awarded Chevening Scholarship in 2000. He trained in English and EU commercial law at the College of Law, York. He also interned at a London solicitor’s firm and cleared the Qualified Lawyer’s Transfer Test, becoming eligible to practice as a Solicitor of England & Wales.
Designated Senior Advocate in 2018, he has also served as a law teacher and Assistant Editor of Indian Law Reports. In his current role, he represents the Government of India.
Ramya Vishwanath - Accomplished Alumni
Ramya is a marketing leader with over 20 years of experience across retail, consumer goods, and consulting. She heads Global Marketing at Lowe’s Inc., a Fortune 50 home improvement company. Previously, she built Target’s loyalty marketing capability in India and held strategy leadership roles at KPMG for over a decade. She also contributed to Britannia’s corporate strategy and innovation.
An alumna of the London School of Economics, Ramya began her career at the Center for Science and Environment, co-authoring a national industry report. Outside work, she is a former international swimmer for India and a passionate travel planner.
Kiran K Addala - City Host (2025), Bengaluru
Kiran is an alumnus of University of Sunderland, currently working in real estate deals advisory and consulting services firm catering to HNI, UHNIs & Family offices. He has been instrumental in launching European SMEs into India. Kiran is also a board member and investor in companies, where he leverages his expertise and entrepreneurship to help them expand their international presence and grow their revenue.
Kiran graduated with MSc in Engineering Management from University of Sunderland in 2006. He is passionate about creating & nurturing partnerships and achieving business targets. Kiran is your city host for Bengaluru.
