About the event
You may know what you want to achieve. But do you know the conditions that may help you perform at your best?
Career clarity is often approached through questions about skills, qualifications, interests and opportunities. But there is another part of self-awareness that is easy to overlook:
How do you actually function at your best?
Your sleep, energy, daily routine, food habits, stress and recovery can all influence how consistently you are able to focus, make decisions, learn and perform.
As part of the Career Discovery theme, this webinar explores the connection between wellbeing, everyday habits and professional performance, helping you become more aware of the patterns that may support or disrupt the way you work.
Drawing on principles from Ayurveda alongside her background in psychological wellbeing, Dr Nikhita Shere will introduce practical ways to think about your routine and wellbeing through the lens of self-awareness.
Why does this matter for Career Discovery?
Career discovery is not only about answering:
What should I do?
It can also involve understanding:
When do I perform at my best?
What helps me maintain focus and energy?
Which habits support or disrupt my performance?
How do I respond when my routine becomes stressful or inconsistent?
What working conditions help me function sustainably?
Understanding these patterns can add another dimension to the way you think about your career, working environment and personal development.

What is this webinar about?
Career Clarity Starts with Self-Awareness: Understanding How Your Wellbeing and Daily Habits Shape Performance explores how everyday factors such as sleep, routine, food habits, stress and recovery can influence focus, consistency and professional performance.
How is this connected to Career Discovery?
Career discovery is not only about identifying interests, strengths and career options. It can also involve understanding the conditions under which you function at your best.
This webinar encourages participants to reflect on their routines, patterns, stress responses and habits as another dimension of professional self-awareness.
Will I be told what my ideal daily routine should be?
No. One of the ideas explored in the session is that people can experience routines and wellbeing differently.
The webinar is intended to encourage observation and self-reflection rather than prescribe one routine for everyone.
