Chittaranjan Kumar Khaitan - Accomplished Alumni
Mr. Chittaranjan Kumar Khaitan is a former IAS officer with over 34 years of leadership across Central and State Governments. He has served on the Boards of major Metro Rail Corporations in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kochi, and as Managing Director of NCRTC.
An expert in infrastructure governance, land revenue, and regulatory affairs, he has held senior roles as Additional Chief Secretary and Head of the Land Revenue Board of Chhattisgarh.
A recipient of two Gold Medals and a UGC Fellowship, he holds an MBA in Public Service from the University of Birmingham and a Diploma in Urban Environmental Management from Erasmus University.
Abhinav Chadha - City Host (2025), Delhi
Abhinav graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2019 with a Master’s degree in Strategic Management and is currently employed by global consulting firm as a Senior Associate within the UK Bid Management team.
He appreciates the fact that he is still able to leverage and apply learnings from his time in the UK at his job in various ways which brings value to the organisation and his role. Abhinav is an active member of the community, loves organising events and your city host for Delhi.
